The family-run Hotel Christina is in middle of the picturesque harbour of Palea (Archea) Epidavros, a place whose ancient history is lost in the mists of time, where the mountains meet the sea, and pinewoods meet olive groves and orange trees in a perfect natural harmony.
For more than twenty years, visitors have been enjoying the warm welcome of the Paraskevopoulos family and have found a "home from home" in their hotel.
After working for more than twenty years in Canada, Thanasis and Christina Paraskevopoulos were able to start their hotel in 1980. Now, with their two children Giorgos and Costas, they still give the same kindly service as ever. All the family speak English, and Giorgos also speaks some French and Italian.
The hotel is in the centre of the old fishing port of Palea (or Archea) Epidauros, and is close to beautiful beaches, shops, tavernas, restaurants, bakeries, a small supermarket, a laundry, a hairdresser's, a fitness centre, a church, a post office, cash machines, a bus station, a taxi-rank, and a tiny ancient theatre, where performances of various sorts are held in July every year (major dramatic performances are mounted every summer in the nearby famous theatre of Epidauros).
The hotel can give you maps for many beautiful seaside and mountain walks nearby.
Accommodation
The hotel Christina has eighteen comfortable and spacious rooms, all with air-conditioning, tv and private bathrooms. Many look over the harbour and the beautiful Aegean sunrise.
On the ground floor we have a coffee bar and a restaurant. The hotel also has an elevator.

On the ground floor there is a coffee bar and a restaurant, where also serve breakfast (with homemade marmalade, cakes, biscuits, and fresh orange juice) to give a good start to your day. The memory of Christina's specialties, her famous "lihoudies", makes our guests long to come back again
In the coffee bar you can also check your e-mail, or just sit and listen to music or watch television. The staff and the family are always ready to help you with any problems or questions you may have.
